For one-time purchases, you will be charged at the time of purchase. For subscription services, you will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until you cancel your subscription.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added to your total amount due where required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period.
Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service purchased:
For online courses, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
For live events and webinars, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
For one-on-one mentoring sessions, refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is available with at least 12 hours' notice.
For subscription services, no prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in the English language, by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties.
